Durability

Our Innovative GenNext cell system has passed the ASTM F2322-03 Standard Test Methods for Physical Assault on Vertical Fixed Barriers for Detention and Correctional Facilities. This test determines the strength and durability of a cell and is conducted using an 80lb weight that strikes the wall 600 times.

 These cells are also load bearing which Is ideal for any environment and facility. With steel used to create these cells, they come at a more affordable cost per square foot while also being able to support any load in any facility. Together, these qualities mean our cells are ideal to withstand manpowered attacks as well as roof loads, wind loads, and seismic loads. 

Size

An added benefit to using steel plate in our cell design is how much space and cost it will save your facility. Not only dose each cell weigh less than 6,000 pounds per cell, but our cell wall thickness is just over 2” which can save you 14 square feet when designing your facility. This is in contrast to concreate cells which can weigh up to 32,000 pounds and have an 8” wall thickness.

Our lightweight and space-saving design also allows more flexibility when it comes to installing our cells in your facility. This all culminates in a more affordable foundation cost as well as lower maintenance costs for your building. 

Finish

Maximum Security Systems prides its self on the durability of our cells from start to finish. This is seen in the use of steel to construct our cells and in our durable powder coat that is the perfect finish to our long-lasting cell design. The powder coat has allowed us to achieve a non-porous surface that is reliable and easy to maintain. The easy to clean finish eliminates unwanted bacteria, fungi, and smells from developing on our cell walls.

Our cells are also finished off site. So, when your ready to install there is no need for field painting. 

Installation

To guarantee a clean finish, we use our patent and patent-pending interlocking design. This design eliminates the possibility of unsightly seams caused by welding and ensures a seamless final look. Our cells are assembled in a controlled environment off site and then delivered at a predetermined date. Because our cells are install ready, factors such as weather conditions or trade delays will have no effect on the scheduled delivery.

Maximum Security Systems will always deliver quality products in a timely manner. This is because we commit a small crew to installation. This crew can easily set up 24 units per day, allowing for speed and affordability.
